We ask for as little as we can, and we don't sell it.
Your name, email, phone number and delivery address, so an order can be placed and delivered. We also keep your order history, and any message you send us.
The shop fulfilling your order gets your name, address and phone number, so it can post the parcel, and nothing more. Our email provider sends order updates on our behalf, and order updates also go to your mobile number on WhatsApp, which is run by Meta. We don't sell your data or pass it to advertisers.
Payments are handled by our payment gateway. Your card number, UPI PIN and bank details go straight to them and never reach Aqeeq.
One cookie keeps you signed in. Your basket is stored in your own browser, not on our servers. If you turn on alerts, your phone's notification address is stored so we can send them, and you can turn them off at any time.
Order records are kept as long as the law requires for accounts and tax. Everything else is removed when you close your account.
Write to help@aqeeq.in to see, correct or delete what we hold about you, to stop order updates on WhatsApp, or to close your account. We'll reply within one working day.
