These terms apply to everyone using aqeeq.in, which is operated by Aqeeq.
Aqeeq is a marketplace. The items are listed and sold by independent shops. Aqeeq reviews each shop, handles the payment and supports you through the order, but the shop is responsible for the item and for posting it.
All prices are in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes. Delivery is charged separately and shown in your cart before you pay.
Keep your password to yourself. Give an address and phone number we can actually reach, since couriers use them. You must be 18 or older to buy.
We may cancel an order affected by a pricing mistake, an item going out of stock, an address we can't deliver to, or where we suspect fraud. You get a full refund when we do.
List only genuine items you have the right to sell, describe them accurately, confirm orders within 24 hours and post them on time. Aqeeq may suspend a shop that doesn't. Payouts are made weekly against a statement of delivered orders.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute is subject to the courts of Secunderabad.
