Everything is sent by courier to the address you give at checkout. We deliver within India only.
What delivery costs
The charge is worked out from the distance between the shop and your pincode, and the weight of the parcel. You see the exact amount in your cart before you pay. Fragile items carry a small extra packing charge, shown separately.
Orders from more than one shop
Each shop sends its own parcel with its own charge and its own tracking. Your order page shows each parcel separately.
How long it takes
- Shops confirm an order within 24 hours of payment.
- Most parcels are posted within 1 to 3 working days of confirmation.
- Delivery then takes 1 to 2 working days within the same city, and up to 10 working days for the furthest parts of India. Your cart shows the expected time for your pincode before you pay.
Following your parcel
The courier's name and tracking number appear on your order page as soon as the shop posts it, and we email you. When the delivery window has passed we mark the parcel as arrived, and you can tell us if it hasn't.
If it doesn't arrive
Use the "Not arrived" button on your order page once the expected date has passed. The shop and the Aqeeq team are told straight away and we chase the courier for you.
